Downloading and Installing the TS3 client

In order to first connect to TeamSpeak 3, you need to download the client.

If you are on Windows, the client can be downloaded here:  https://www.teamspeak.com/en/downloads/#

If you are on Linux, the client can be downloaded here:  https://files.teamspeak-services.com/releases/client/3.6.2/TeamSpeak3-Client-linux_amd64-3.6.2.run

Once downloaded and installed, you will need to create a connection.  I would recommend creating a Bookmark, as this will Save the connection and make it easier to connect in the future.

Click on "Bookmarks" on the top menu bar and choose "Manage Bookmarks"

You need to create a Bookmark name, this is for your reference so you know which server you are connecting to.

For "Nickname" and "Phonetic Nickname", this is how you will be identified on the server, i.e. gamertag, etc.

For "Server Nickname or Address" field, you will need to enter https://voice.emeraldwater.org

For the "Server Password", you will need to contact me for that, as leaving the password publicly available wouldn't be smart  😀

For "Default" Channel you can leave blank, or specify a particular channel to auto connect to.

Other options on this screen are at your discretion.
